Framing the enquiry
We take photos, expected quantity, target market, preferred lead time and sales channel, and build the criteria to verify against.

Factory shortlist
Production feasibility, MOQ, unit price, domestic shipping terms and sample availability are compared across manufacturers.
- 3.0
Samples and revisions
On receiving samples we confirm material, finish, packaging, labelling and defect thresholds, and document every revision request.
- 4.0
Full cost sheet
Factory price, domestic Chinese shipping, international freight, duty and tax review, packaging, defect allowance and destination costs are itemised.
- 5.0
Pre-shipment inspection
Production quantity, packing condition, labels, carton counts and photo evidence are checked to decide whether it can ship.
- 6.0
Shipment and handoff
Export documents and the logistics schedule are bundled so the forwarder, customs broker and receiving team all see the same information.
Cost visibility
A quotation should show where the money appears.
A single total is not enough for a buyer to decide before ordering. J-ONE breaks out each cost and separates confirmed costs from those still under review.
