Our role

Pre-trade verification

We do not move on a factory unit price alone. Sample costs, packaging, domestic Chinese shipping, international freight and duty review are itemised separately.

On-site communication

We confirm production terms with manufacturers in Chinese, then restate them for buyers in the form they need to prepare for sale.

Pre-import risk

Defect standards, labelling, package quantities, origin documents and shipping schedules — the items that cause problems later — are confirmed before the order.

HS codes, duties, RCEP eligibility and labelling rules require a final ruling. J-ONE gathers the evidence a customs broker and buyer can review, and clearly separates what is still under review from what is confirmed.
