Services

We manage the work in parts

Supplier verification, sample control, pre-shipment inspection, customs documentation and logistics handoff are managed separately, so buyers can see each cost and risk before committing to an order.

Scope

Divided into five areas

01

Supplier sourcing

We find candidate manufacturers and confirm the factory name, production range, MOQ, lead time, export experience and payment terms.

02

Sample control

Sample costs and international shipping are separated, and the actual material, finish, packaging and labelling are set as the standard before mass production.

03

Pre-shipment QC

We check quantity, colour, size, stitching, components, labels and packing units, and share the results before shipment.

04

Trade documents

We prepare the evidence a customs broker can act on — Commercial Invoice, Packing List, candidate HS codes, origin documents and RCEP review material.

05

Logistics handoff

Factory pickup, warehousing in China, international transport, insurance and the destination warehouse are broken out by cost line.

QC desk

Inspection is a standard sheet, not a few photos.

Inspection is not “it looks fine” — it is a record of quantity, packing units, labels, carton condition and defect thresholds. J-ONE sets it out so the factory and the buyer read the same sheet.
